By creating an account and/or using the Extension Auction Tool ("Tool"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.
This Tool is independent and has no connection, partnership, endorsement, affiliation, or commercial relationship with vistaauction.com ("VistaAuction") or any related companies. Any reference to VistaAuction is strictly for descriptive purposes regarding compatibility and context of use.
The Tool is a support resource for the user, providing calculations and visual highlights based on information displayed on auction pages. It is not a consulting service and does not replace your own evaluation, diligence, product verification, auction policies, shipping costs, fees, actual condition, warranties, and site rules.
The Tool is provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operation may fail, generate discrepancies, delays, or stop working totally or partially if the target website changes its layout, scripts, displayed data, limitations, permissions, or rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that the developer/provider of the Tool shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, loss of data, or damages arising from the use, inability to use, failures, inconsistencies, unavailability, or changes to third-party websites.
Extension access may depend on an API Key. The API Key is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you suspect misuse, revoke/regenerate your key and contact support. You understand that sharing your key may result in suspension/cancellation of access.
You may cancel your access at any time via the cancellation button in your dashboard. To ensure cancellation and for traceability purposes, you must also send an email to bisneto@gmail.com stating your account email and requesting cancellation.
Upon cancellation, your API Key may be automatically revoked, and the extension will cease to function immediately.
We may suspend or terminate access (including revoking keys) in cases of abuse, suspected fraud, violation of these terms, attempts to bypass limitations, or operational/legal risks.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When a relevant change occurs, a new version may be published. Continued use after the update implies acceptance.
